Properties: green-light yellow powder. The performance is similar to that of CI pigment yellow 12.

 Method:

76kg of 4,4′-diamino-3,3′ dichlorobiphenyl is dissolved in 675L of 2mol/L hydrochloric acid and chilled to 0 °C with ice. Diazotization is performed by adding 105 L of 40% sodium nitrite in water at 0 °C. Destroy excess nitrous acid with sulfamic acid. At 15~20 °C and stirring, a suspension composed of 130kg of 2-chloroacetylacetanilide and acetate was added, and the pH value was controlled to 4~5. Then it is heated to 80~90 °C under stirring, filtered, washed, and dried to obtain the product.

Quality standard: refer to CI Pigment Yellow 12.

 Use:

It is used for coloring rubber and plastic products, and can also be used for inks, coatings and paint printing.
